It took about 1.5 month for them to remove my single app plan from my account, all along i ask them every 3 days why they cant do that and always got 'our related team will connect with you within 2 days'. So, i asked support how to do? They answered, that i should just buy new plan and they will remove my previous. Then i would like to change it to full subscription, but i did not find how to do that, there was no any way in my account to upgrade the subscription. I dont even know how to call it, but i got really problem with that creative cloud!!! And i overtired to fight with support, which is only 'very sorry' and 'understand my frustration'.
